Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, maximize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager will report directly to the District Manager.

Busser/Runner

A Busser, or Food Runner, oversees setting and clearing tables at a dining establishment to provide a clean and tidy environment for restaurant patrons. Their duties include removing used dishes, re-setting silverware and filling beverages for diners.

Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for attending guests’ needs and assure their satisfaction with their Wing Barn experience. The Cashier has to process orders correctly and thoroughly. In addition, they take food to guests’ tables and ensure that nothing else is missing from their order. The Cashier reports to the Shift Supervisor if General Manager is absent, otherwise, they must report to General Manager.

Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the performance management of employees when the General Manager is not present. In addition, they help oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, when necessary, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. The Shift Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager.

Assistant Kitchen Manager

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant’s kitchen, under the direction of the general manager. Assisting in selection, development, and performance management of kitchen employees. In addition, they help oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, maximize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Fry Cook

We are seeking a hard-working Fry Cook to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will set up and break down the frying station and assist with prep work. You will then fry food to fulfill orders throughout your shift. Applicants should have some culinary training or restaurant experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate who knows basic cooking techniques and equipment. Working in a kitchen can be stressful, so we are looking for individuals who can remain calm under pressure.

Grill Cook

We are searching for an accomplished grill cook to create meals in accordance with customers’ preferences. The grill cook’s responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing waitstaff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift. The Grill Cook may be assigned in different stations according to the business day. In addition, they aid in the preparation of food during slow business periods. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you always have sufficient supplies. To be successful as a grill cook, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes.

Dishwasher

A Dishwasher, or Kitchen Helper, is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.

Prep Cook

A Prep Cook, or Preparatory Cook, is responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Their duties include organizing and labeling food items in storage closets, performing tasks like chopping ingredients and sanitizing their workstation during and after service.

Wheel Cook

A Cook, or Wheel Cook, is responsible for preparing ingredients at an establishment that serves food, processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines. Cooks follow recipes consistently, make adjustments based on customer requests, communicate with wait staff and prepare garnishes to make an attractive presentation for each meal.

Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant’s kitchen, including the selection, development and performance management of kitchen employees. In addition, they help oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, maximize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
