Founded on the belief that Big Texas Taste can always be Bigger, Wing Barn opened its Doors in May of 2010 in Brownsville TX.

Business Partners and Family Relatives Bobby Saenz and Chef Daniel Pompa, teamed up to bring new flavor to the Rio Grande Valley. With the right combination of heat in the sauce and know-how in the kitchen, Wing Barn spread its Wings literally and now owns and operates 10 locations across the RGV!

More than just wings

Wing Barn has much more than just Wings, classic Appetizers such as Homemade Colossal Onion Rings, Fresh Cut Barn Fries, Fresh Cut Sweet Potato Chips, Texas Poppers (Jalapeños wrapped in Bacon and stuffed with Crème Cheese), Fried Mushrooms compliment a made to order menu of homemade Texas favorites.

Homemade is the key

JUMBO sized crispy wings, homemade boneless wings dipped in original homemade sauces, share the menu with some great tasting burgers, original salads, wheat wraps, lettuce wraps, hotdogs, and chicken sandwiches and even a Veggie Burger. Don’t forget about our Texas State Fair inspired Desserts, such as Fried Oreos & Fried Twinkies just to name a few.

At Wing Barn, we are a family owned and operated business. We provide a rustic, country style dining room with plenty of high definition big screen TV’s, perfect to watch the big game, kick back and take in some “DANG GOOD” food with friends and the whole family.
