Our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our Team Members and Guests. At Wing Barn, we have implemented strict COVID-19 response protocols, which include:
- Disinfecting and sanitizing
- Reporting the incident to the Department of Health
- Alerting any directly effected employee(s) at the location
- Encouraging any employee that identifies him/herself as having been in *close contact with confirmed COVID employee to NOT return to work without clearance from a doctor, follow CDC guidelines and self quarantine for 14 days.
Our Rio Grande Valley community and safe service is our top priority and our restaurants continue to enforce proper social distancing practices, strict sanitation and require the use of masks or facial coverings by all who enter our doors.
We will continue to follow CDC and local health department guidelines.
Wing Barn COVID-19 Preventative Measures:
- Pre-Screening: Employee’s temperatures are taken and health assessed prior to employee starting work or entering the facility.
- Regular Monitoring: Employees are asked to self-monitor and report any symptoms to management immediately. If employee becomes sick at work or shows symptoms of being sick, they are sent home immediately and store is cleaned and disinfected.
- Enforce Wearing a Face Covering: Employees must wear a face covering at all times.
- Practice Social Distancing: Employees should maintain 6 feet and practice social distancing as work duties permit.
- Disinfect and Clean work spaces: Clean and disinfect all areas such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, shared electronic equipment routinely.
