Local RGV Restaurant – Wing Barn – will not open dining rooms at 25 percent capacity – will continue to offer curbside to-go service only
Local Rio Grande Valley (RGV) restaurant, Wing Barn will not open Friday, May 1, despite Texas Gov. Greg Abbot’s permission to operate restaurants at a 25% capacity. They will continue to offer curbside pick up, to-go, and delivery service.
